How these figures are made
We compare each day's published Home Office register with the one before and count the differences. We have observed the register since 16 May 2026. First-seen dates for sponsors already listed when we began come from archived copies of the register, so such a date can be up to a month later than the true one. The register does not give reasons or decision dates. Read our method.
